Are there any restrictions on installing a child safety seat?

Child seats can only be fitted in the back seats.

Guam law requires a seat that matches your child's age and weight: an Infant Seat for newborns up to age 1 (or up to 9kg), a Child Seat for ages 1 to 4 (9-18kg), and a Booster Seat for ages 4 to 11 (145cm or shorter).
