LP covers other people and their property, not the car you rent. Adding the options below is a good idea, just in case.

If the rental car is damaged in an accident, CDW covers repairs (up to $50,000) so you pay no more than the $1,000 deductible.

Waives the Non-Operation Charge we bill after an accident to cover the time the car can't be rented ($250 if it can still be driven and rented, $400 if not).
Driver's license, credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Diners) and passport
*Licenses from Japan, South Korea, Taiwan and other countries listed in Guam law are valid for 30 days after arrival (U.S. licenses: 90 days). No International Driving Permit is needed.
*Licensed drivers aged 18 and over may drive.
*If the driver and the cardholder are different people, please bring both passports.
Payment is made by credit card (Visa, Mastercard, Discover or Diners) at our office in Guam. Please pay with the driver's credit card. If the driver doesn't have a credit card, you can pay with a card in someone else's name, but an additional driver fee applies. Debit cards, prepaid cards and traveler's checks are not accepted. Cash is accepted only if you take all three coverage options (CDW, ZDW and NOC) and leave a $150 deposit.
*A refundable $100 security deposit is held on your credit card at pickup and released when you return the car.
Cars are rented with a full tank, so please fill up at a gas station before you return the car. If the tank was not full at pickup, refill it to the pickup level.
If you can't refuel or the tank is short, the fuel will be charged at our standard rates.
Free round trip (hotels in the Tumon area)
*Leo Palace Resort guests: we pick up and drop off at Guam Plaza Resort & Spa (take the Leo Palace shuttle bus there). Finest Guam Golf & Resort guests: we pick up and drop off at The Reef Hotel.
Please take a taxi from Guam Airport
Our Tumon Main Office is about 1.8 miles (2.8 km) from the airport, roughly a 10-minute ride. The fare is about $20, and a 10–15% tip is customary in Guam.

Free ride after you return the car
We'll drive you from our Main Office to Guam Airport or your hotel for free.

Anyone other than the main renter who will drive must be registered. Insurance and coverage do not apply to unregistered drivers.

Guam law requires children to ride in a seat suited to their age and height.
If the car needs repair or cleaning because of an accident, theft, damage or another problem that is not our fault, we charge the following to cover part of our lost income:
$250 if the car can still be rented, $400 if it cannot (waived with NOC).
A $150 processing fee applies to every accident, regardless of fault.
There is no cancellation fee. You can cancel on the reservation page.
Because some customers have animal allergies, pets are generally not allowed in our cars. Thank you for your understanding.
Fill up the tank before returning the car, and show the fuel receipt when you settle up.
