Once you have chosen your car and booked your flight, the next step is planning how to get from the airport to the ONE’S office and what to bring for pickup. This guide covers the airport taxi, required documents, child restraints and the handover process.
Our Tumon office is located at 482 Pale San Vitores Road, Tamuning, Guam 96913-4003, across from Pacific Islands Club, and is open 24 hours a day, year-round. After customs, walk left through the arrivals lobby and exit at West Arrivals. The taxi stand is outside to your left. The office is approximately 1.8 miles away, or about 10 minutes by taxi depending on traffic.
Under ONE’S Rent A Car’s current rental terms, be sure to have the following ready at pickup:
An additional driver must be registered and costs $5 per day. Damage involving an unregistered driver may not be covered. The current terms allow licensed drivers age 18 or older and state that proof of employment and financial stability may be required. Confirm the documentation and any age-specific conditions before pickup.
A temporary $100 preauthorization is placed on the card at departure. It is a hold rather than a completed payment, and release timing may depend on the card provider.
Guam law requires a federally compliant child restraint for children under age four. Children ages four through eleven who are under 4 feet 9 inches tall must use a booster seat or an appropriately fitting child restraint. ONE’S rents child seats for $5 per seat per day; reserve in advance and confirm the correct type for the child’s age, height and weight.
Documents and the rental contract are checked at the indoor service counter. After receiving the key, inspect the vehicle with staff. Photograph or video the vehicle and inspection sheet before leaving.
If you are flying to Guam from a U.S. state, you do not need ESTA or G-CNMI ETA solely for the domestic trip. Travelers age 18 and older must present a REAL ID-compliant state ID or another TSA-accepted form of identification, such as a passport, at airport security.
International visitors should check whether G-CNMI ETA, ESTA or a visa applies to their nationality and route. All arriving passengers must also complete the Guam Electronic Declaration Form, available 72 hours before scheduled arrival.
No. Bring an accepted credit card in the primary driver’s name. The official pages differ on UnionPay, so confirm that card directly before relying on it. Debit cards, prepaid cards, American Express, JCB, traveler’s checks and cash are not accepted.

Airport pickup is not provided. Take a taxi from West Arrivals, keep the receipt and present it for the $15 rental discount. The published fare estimate is about $20, so this is not a full reimbursement.
